Principal’s Message

Paramount Englewood builds on the educational framework and hardworking staff which has proven to be a successful combination.

We are excited to begin serving students in grades 5 – 8 in the August 2019 as Paramount School of Excellence’s third campus. I look forward to the start of the school year and welcoming your middle school student.

Students at Paramount Englewood will experience a curriculum model that blends effective direct instruction, efficient independent student work time and experiential learning activities. Paramount’s Project Based Learning (PBL) model, plus a rigorous STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) and language arts curriculum, will provide graduates with a solid foundation for high school and post-secondary pursuits.

It is my pleasure to serve as Paramount Englewood’s Principal. For the past two years, I have been the Assistant Principal at the Paramount Brookside campus. After graduating from Indiana University, I taught middle school math and science, coached wrestling, and sponsored various after school clubs. In 2017, I received my master’s degree in Educational Leadership and School Administration from Columbia University.

The success of our students is built on the partnerships we have with our families and the Englewood neighborhood. With the support of staff and parents, students will attain growth through hard work, dedication, and perseverance. I am proud to be a part of the tradition of academic achievement that has been built over the last decade at Paramount Schools of Excellence.

We are grateful to have the opportunity to work with you and we look forward to a great school year.
